“Dave Hill Marine has been using Biscount for almost 20 years. We started using the program initially to help us cope with the change that came with the GST – since then, Biscount has become a very important tool within our business. We keep a large stock inventory and employ the very flexible reporting Biscount offers to help with stock management and recording. We are also easily able to see which customer is waiting for what item. The workshop module within Biscount allows us to record details of the customer’s equipment, manage the repair or service relating to the item while it is with us and, with the touch of a few buttons, check back on service history by customer or item repaired.
