It has always been a top priority that Biscount is cost effective and excellent value, whether you’re using another package and wish to switch to Biscount, or have no software in place.
To ensure we practice what we preach – we provide affordable software, available on a rental subscription basis, with payment methods that suit our customers. Depending on your preference, you can elect to pay:
A Biscount subscription means that you can achieve positive cash flow within days of installation and getting started. Rental fees are fully tax deductable, and you can elect to purchase the program outright if you wish. Please enquire if you wish to learn more about owning Biscount for use at your business.
‘Set and forget’ direct debits from a nominated bank account can be scheduled via our payments partner Ezypay. Biscount-Ezypay rental billing takes place on the 20th day of each month, or the next business day should the 20th fall on a weekend or public holiday.

Your rental subscription also includes our SMS feature, which can auto-sms text notifications upon completion of workshop repairs and the arrival of specially ordered parts for your customers. It can also be used as a powerful marketing tool with targeted text campaigns promoting sales and service specials.
Text messages are charged at 16c each. Customers regularly using the SMS feature for direct marketing can also reduce the text price to 11c each by opting to pay an additional $6.70 per week.
To keep the subscription price of Biscount as low as possible, there are some less common additional features which can be enabled at any time for an additional charge (such as multi store and terminal services). Please call our office for a quote today.
If required, data conversions from other packages are available, and the final price of this service is derived once the data to be converted has been reviewed by Biscount.
Generally, data conversions (which include stock, debtor accounts and supplier accounts with transfer of current balances) are priced at $770 inclusive of GST. Our experienced staff frequently convert data from packages including C9, Amwin, Sprockit, Xero and MYOB plus many others. Get access to your existing data without the down-time and headache of manual re-input.
* Free support calls are defined as any call relating directly to Biscount program functionality and features. Windows networking, printing issues, operating system troubleshooting and all non-Biscount related support is not included within the fee support call structure. Support can be provided for such topics at the price of $45 per call, up to 10 minutes, with an additional charge of $2 per minute thereafter.
